A 5-minute walk to the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, New Pretty and Cool Place is 400 metres from Nha Rong Wharf. The accommodation features a hot tub. Fine Arts Museum is 600 metres from the property.
The accommodation is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Some units feature a seating area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher. There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower in each unit. Towels are available.

台灣左投陳偉殷今天上午傳出被放入10天傷兵名單，外界推想跟他的去年手肘韌帶輕微撕裂傷勢有關，不過他仍留在主場練習，預計會被跳過一次先發。
從一開始旅日中日龍隊，陳偉殷就曾開過手肘韌帶置換手術，也就是俗稱的「Tommy John」手術，然而即便是這樣，他也從育成球員拚回先發，還曾拿下央聯防禦率王的頭銜。
隨著大小傷勢不斷，殷仔這幾年的談話也越趨穩健，還記得他在金鶯隊第二年，季外也動了右膝骨刺清除手術，後來也投出身價，去年他轉戰馬林魚，而過去受傷的手肘韌帶撕裂傷又回來影響他。
去年殷仔因此還休息了2個月時間，陳偉殷說：「像這樣的傷勢不會完全康復，所以我不會去想更糟或其他狀況，我只相信說經過治療，我會變得更好。」
而陳偉殷也尋求其他不用開刀建議，例如注射高濃度血小板血漿(PRP)，這得以讓他應付接下來球季，而今年球季才剛開始，他也要避免「衝太快」的狀況，休息一次先發，維持牛棚，是殷仔懂得跟病痛相處之道。
